Refunds/ Exchanges Policy

Bellamy Hill Designs endeavours to always supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy with a 30 day return/exchange guarantee. If any item is not to your liking, simply return it to us at:

When returning goods remember to include the following information: Your full name, Your address, Daytime contact number, Your order number

Additionally, the following conditions apply:

  1. The item/items must be returned in the condition they were sent out and cannot be used or worn.
  2. You can return purchases through any method of post. However, we are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged during delivery. We therefore recommend registering or insuring your parcel.
  3. The return postage cost is not reimbursed.
  4. Once goods have been received, a refund or exchange can then be processed.
  5. Any refund requests after 30 days are at the sole discretion of Bellamy Hill Designs.
  6. For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings.

Guarantee

Bellamy Hill Designs has made every effort possible to display items accurately. Most items have been described with sizes, lengths and accurate colour information so that you can make the right choice the first time. However, as colours and images vary slightly according to which monitor they are viewed on, you may be surprised that they are actually far more striking in real life. If however the jewellery item is not exactly what you are after, just return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please read the refund/ exchange policy for details.

Payment & Security

Bellamy Hill Designs accepts payments through PayPal, cheque or money order. PayPal use the very latest in secure technology and are a leader in safe online payments around the world. All transactions are independently handled by PayPal so that you can make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information to us. PayPal allows you to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account. For more information regarding PayPal, please visit: www.paypal.com.au. We also accept cheque and money order, however as items cannot be mailed without payment being received you may need to be a little patient using these options. For more information on the payment process please refer to the following section on this page.

What happens when I order?

Once you make your purchase online, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on what method of payment you have chosen the following will occur:

     • Pay by credit card through PayPal and your account will be debited instantly. Your order will then be dispatched to you the following business day.
     • Paying by cheque or money order. On receipt and clearance, the order will be dispatched to you the following business day.

Sit back and wait for your beautiful new jewellery to arrive! If any order cannot be filled for any reason, an email confirming this will be sent within 24 hours. You will be offered either credit towards another purchase or a full refund.

Delivery

Bellamy Hill Designs uses Australia Post for all deliveries. For Australian addresses delivery is estimated to take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Postage & handling fees are calculated on the weight and size of your total order as follows.

     • Earrings (1-3 pairs): AUS$5.00
     • All other items including combinations: AUS$8.50

Please ensure you provided a delivery address where you can be reached during the day as we use registered post. If however delivery cannot be completed, all items will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office and a card will be left informing of non-delivery. Please ensure you pick up your item within two weeks to avoid any late fees that may be applicable.

For International addresses delivery is estimated to take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. All packages are insured. Please contact us if there are any problems with delivery. Postage & handling fees are calculated on the weight and size of your total order as follows.

     • Earrings (1-3 pairs): AUS$9.50
     • Combination of Necklaces, Bracelets, Sets or Earrings weighing less than 250grams: AUS$17.90
     • Combination of Necklaces, Bracelets, Sets or Earrings weighing between 250-500grams: AUS$24.90
     • Combination of Necklaces, Bracelets, Sets or Earrings weighing between 500-750grams: AUS$31.90
     • Combination of Necklaces, Bracelets, Sets or Earrings weighing between 750-1000grams: AUS$38.50
     • Combination of Necklaces, Bracelets, Sets or Earrings weighing between 1Kg-2Kg: AUS$59.90


Packaging

All Bellamy Hill Designs jewellery are safely packaged in an attractive gift pack so there is no need to worry if you are buying a gift for that special someone. Please note earrings will be supplied with a flat gift pack to reduce postage costs.
